2nd Conference on Industrial Cybersecurity in the Valencian Community
During the event, participants addressed the main emerging threats affecting industrial systems and presented strategies, best practices, and real-world case studies to strengthen prevention and response to cybersecurity incidents.
Experts, such as Álvaro de Lossada Torres-Quevedo (head of the OCC), emphasized the importance of the new NIS2 directive, whose implementation in Spain requires clear cybersecurity policies and comprehensive risk management to shield the industry. Through this initiative, which is part of programs such as RETECH Ciber, the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan, and NextGenerationEU, the organization reaffirms its commitment to strengthening digital security and collaboration between public administrations and the private sector.
